•EHV / HV Cable Diversion For Design & Construct Service Road Enhancement To North Road Corridor (P059) / IA 11/12 C 159 G, Al Shamal Road, Doha State of Qatar.
•Qatar Power Transmission System Expansion, Phase - 11 / Stage - 2 - EHV & HV Cables Package - C- 20 GTC/450F/2011, Wakrah, Doha State of Qatar.

•East Industrial road project P017- 66KV cable diversion between Doha industrial E’ to Doha Industrial D’

Responsibilities:
Qatar Power Transmission System Expansion, Phase - 12 - EHV & HV Cables Package - C- 07 GTC/642D/2014 from ALSAKHAMA SUPER S/S to LUSAIL CENTRAL METRO S/S


•In charge for construction activities of 132kv 2000sq mm power cable laying & installation between Al Sakhama Super to Lusail Central Metro S/S under which trench excavation, FTB bedding, cable laying, CBS backfilling, tiles installation, cable jointing & its testing performed with the proper coordination with various subcontractors.
•Responsible to coordinate and assist project manager in executing all his responsibilities.
•Reviewing the technical submissions made by the suppliers in line with client’s specifications and various international standards.
•Coordination with different suppliers for compatibility of various components & getting approval for the materials to be supplied by proper coordination with consultant/Client.
•Prepared required drawings and documents for getting approval from client (KAHRAMAA).
•Ensuring that all the inspections (Civil & Electricals), testing and other verifications are carried out in accordance to approved procedures.
•Ensuring the Safety and the personnel involved with follows rules and regulations.

220 KV Cable Diversion from DNS S/S to NDJ S/S for Design & Construct Service Road Enhancement to North Road Corridor (P059) IA 11/12 C 159G.

•Installation of 220 KV 2000 Sq. mm XLPE cables in trench with associated civil & mechanical activities with Pulling & Jointing of Cables.
•Spiking of Existing Cables and its diversion.
•In diversion of 220 KV XLPE Cable involved in Installation of Joint Bay, Link Boxes & PD Boxes with Pre-commissioning Electrical tests such as LV Test (Outer Sheath DC Voltage Test, Phasing of Cables, Insulation Resistance & leakage current test, Earth Resistance Test, link Contact resistance test, Conductor resistance test, Capacitance & Impedance measurement) & its HVAC test.
•Involved in Splicing & Terminations of DTS and Optical Fiber Cables with its OTDR Test and End to End Test.
•Reported all activities to Project Manager on daily basis.
•Manage & coordinate with Client (KAHRAMAA), Consultant (KEO International Consultants) and Sub Contractors.


132 KV 2000 Sq mm Cable Diversion from DNS S/S to POG S/S for Design & Construct Service Road Enhancement to North Road Corridor (PO59) IA 11/12 C 159G.


•Performed Thermal Resistivity Test of Soil along the Cable route for selection of suitable back filling materials included Testing of FTB (Fluidized Thermal Backfill) & CBS (Cement Base Sand) for EHV cables.
•Installation of Ducts under Highway crossing by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) & Open Cut (OC) Road crossings.
•Handling & Controlling of 132 KV- 2000 Sq. mm XLPE Cable laying jobs in this project such as (Excavation of Trenches, Duct Installations, FTB Bedding, Cable pulling, FOC & DTS Cable Blowing, Cable jointing, Installation of Link Box, PD Box FOC & DTS Box with Splicing, CBS Pouring & Tiles Placement, Backfilling with Compaction Test, LV & HVAC Test of Cable).
•LOA & PTW Permit Holder provided by KAHRAMAA.
