Scope of work
- Reviewing the design and the construction shop drawings.
- Overseeing the implementation of the installation of mechanical systems.
- Overseeing the implementation of the installation of Utilities pipe network (surface water, contaminated water, potable water, fire water, buried chilled water)
- Testing and Commissioning for all mechanical systems.
- The adoption of bills according to the percentage completion of the work.
- Review and approval of documents for Mechanical equipments (Material Appraisal).
- Assistance in the preparation of documents required for international and local offers.
- Assistance in reviewing and evaluating international and local offers.
- Reviewing the design and the construction shop drawings.
- Overseeing the implementation of the installation of mechanical systems
- Testing and Commissioning for all mechanical systems.
- Follow-up operation and maintenance of mechanical equipments.
- The adoption of bills according to the percentage completion of the work.
- Provide technical assistance in staff training for operation and maintenance.
The above mentioned are part of Cairo metro and El Azhar road tunnels projects. Works had been performed according to international standards and in association with French contractors with the English language as the official language of all contracts.
- Assistance in the installation of machines( extruder, crasher, mill, furnace and dryer) with the foreign experts (English and German)
- Overseeing the implementation of the installation of mechanical systems (for local contractor).
- The adoption of bills according to the percentage completion of the work.
- Testing and Commissioning for all mechanical systems.
