1) Reduced complaints from suppliers evaluating processes and implementing changes to improve cash inflow predictability and visibility, thus improving receivables management and payables scheduling ( previously sales people were allowed to collect receivables within four months whereas suppliers were scheduled to pay within two months of their billing date. Sales people were motivated to collect within two months to get additional commission over collection OR forego normal commission if collections extends over two months and debit their accounts with the overdue receivables).

2) Reduced inventory transportation costs and time by unloading materials from supplier's warehouse directly to factory premises instead of moving first to factory warehouse, with prior estimation of materials usage.

3) Increased overall contribution margins by shutting down the branch office due to savings in Fixed costs viz. branch office rent, payroll and other branch related expenses.

4) Successful bidding in ministry tenders in neck-to neck competition. The bidding was quoted at variable cost plus margin considering no compromise with routine production.

5) Coordinated all aspects of budget and finance programs related to sales, marketing, expansion and market development initiatives.

6) Reporting directly to Director.
