my career stands for managing and maintaining the call center service level by manging the call centers employees adherence, ( their schedule, their breaks, their attendance, their follow up, their KPI ( key performance indicator ) ) and also lead the operation to follow the company rules and procees aiming the SL achievment based on the SLA . reporting section is one from the WF section and responsabilities where providing the top management and the operations with the needed reports about the call center performance indicators MTD or YTD as required .
