OVERVIEW
PROJECT: Design and Development of Automated Test System for Testing CTN Pre-Amp for IP.
Project Description:
•This Application shall perform Functional Testing of PCBs at different elevated temperatures.
•We are using an Oven where in the PCBs are placed and the Functional testing of PCBs is performed.
•The user can test 16 PCBs maximum at a time.
•There is a Quick test wherein all the PCBs are tested for functionality during the rise and fall time of the Oven.
•Functionality Test includes Power Test, High Voltage Leakage Test and Op-Amp Gain Test.
•High Voltage and 5V Power is applied using a DC source which is controlled using LabVIEW.
Setting the Temperature of the Oven is controlled through the application using RS232 Communication.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Development of Automated test application that can verify and validate 16 PCB Boards at a time.
•Design of Break-In/Break-Out Box.
•Requirements study, Software Design and Development and functional testing.
•Report Generation for the Tested Boards.
•Preparation of Software Documents i.e. (SRS, SSAD, UTP, STP).

PROJECT: Design and Development of Cabin Lighting Automated Test System for Aero.
Project Description:
•This project involves the design and development of automated test system using NI Hardware and Measurement devices.
•The automated test system was developed using NI LabVIEW.
•This automated test system can measure the electrical parameters (like Insulation resistance, continuity check, Input power, Impedance and Capacitance) of a LRU.
This automated test system also verifies the RS485 communication protocol which is implemented in LRU.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Design and development of Automated Test System using LabVIEW.
•Requirements study, Software Design and Development, Unit and System testing,
•Database Connection and Report Generation.

PROJECT: Design and Development of Automated Test System For FCOMP (IP).
Project Description:
•The FCOMP Production Test Suite consists of 9 Test Jigs and shall be a combination of hardware and software subsystems that can communicate to the different boards using LabVIEW commands, signals and verifies the test results. The test software is capable of doing Calibration, Component Level Testing and Functional level testing for an FCOMP device. The application is capable of controlling Omicron source for feeding necessary signals to DUT. The operator shall be the user who will test the various UUT’s (cards and FCOMP device) with the help of test Jig on the assembly line. The data shall be saved to MS SQL database for analysis and report generation.

•Development of Automated test application that can verify and validate 11 different cards present in FCOMP unit.
•Design of Test jig’s.
•Functional testing and validation of various circuits present in these modules.
•Requirements study, Software Design and Development, Unit and System testing,

•Preparation of Software Documents i.e. (SRS, SSAD, STP).

PROJECT: Integration Tester for Aircraft Motor Controller Board for Aero.
Project Description:
• Testing of motor controller as per the predefined test sequence and log the data into particular format. We used different cards to acquire the real time data and analyses the data using different tools. The heart of the system was to simulate all the aircraft signal. RTD, LVDT, Resolver Signal Simulation for 12000 RPM was one of the achievements for this project using NI 7851R FPGA card.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Development of Automated test application that can verify and validate Fan controller unit.
•Functional testing and validation of various circuits present in these modules.
