Business development;
* Defining a business development strategy :
* Participated to events (forums, salons, trainings etc.) to identify new leads, new candidates and to
be up to date with the digital and IT market

* Assist the area planners in the development of a realistic project plan and schedule to meet the
project objectives using MSP and Planisware 5
* Adhering to the Project and Area Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
* Assist the area planners in the integration of the contractor’s level 4/5 plans and schedules into
the level 3 master schedules in accordance to the project standards and contract requirements
Development and maintenance for PPM
* Detection and bugs correction

* Automation of the resources allocations within the clinical studies department (development of
Parametric Equations in Planisware 5)
* Clinical studies simulation in order to valorize the workload and the costs
* Propositions of new functionalities for the client (creation of new report, views, …)
* Several impact analysis done during updates proposals of the tool (algorithm modifications,
updates of the RBS, CBS, etc.)
* Tool configuration and development in Planisware P5 (named formulas, attribute relation,
reports, scripts, alerts, logs, etc.)
