Duties and Responsibilities:
* Survey the district to find out local Employees for Election.
* Conduct meeting with area leaders.
* Conduct meeting with Security officials.
* Find out sufficient location for polling center.
* Conduct training for local employees and prepare them for Election Day.
* Collect and distribute election materials for Election Day.
* Supervise and control polling centers during the Election Day.
* Count and handover vote paper for IEC main HQ.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Translation of FNI documents into Dari, Pashto and English and Materials for
research and assessment purpose which will include:
1. Translation and proof-reading training Materials
2. Translating monitoring and evaluation tools
3. Translating policy documents
4. Responding to translation requests at short notice as required
5. Operating a complex filing system,
6. Developing a work plan with priorities,
7. Directly assisting the Org management team
8. Participating in training as and when identified and required by the Org.
