- Inspect the work to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications. Report and advice on deviations from the same.
- Assist Resident Engineer/ Sr. Engineers in implementing quality control/ Quality assurance procedures.
- Assist Resident Engineer/ Sr. Engineers in reviewing construction method of statements.
- Coordinate with the implementation of projects, ensuring that the performance is in accordance with their respective scope of services and conditions of contract.
- Coordinate aspects of projects submittal and deliverables, reviews and approvals against contract requirements.
- Assist in the execution, pursuit, assessment and review of future opportunities for project work and consultancy service.
- Provide reports update on project progress.
- Assist in ensuring timely delivery of Civil / Structural projects.

- Manage all resources on site to perform the work with high level as per contract.
- Attend meetings and discus each project requirements and details with all stakeholders involved.
- Perform drafting according to specifications; ensure compliance with all project QA procedures and requirements
- Prepare and revise RAMS documents and make sure to follow and comply on site by all teams involved.
- Work closely with mechanical and other engineering disciplines to follow up evaluate, and generate daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on the work process.
- Make sure that the resources allocated performing as planned.
- Daily follow up with the teams to ensure work is being done as per contract documents.
- Make sure that the project activities do not conflict with any other party involved and protect others interests.
- Understanding project specifications to develop realistic schedule, cost and scope baseline.
- Tracking and controlling all schedule, cost and scope baseline.
- Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
- Conducting project feasibility studies to measure project’s success.

- Prepare method of statement for the scope of work and make sure it is implemented on site.
- Guarantee all resources are available on each site and there is no conflict between the activities on all sites.
- Manage all resources in the company to achieve all projects requirements and finish within the agreed-on time frame.
- Estimate and control the resources and working hours of each project and manage to provide enough resources.
- Attend meetings and discus each project requirements and details with all parties involved.
- Bid and quote for the new projects by estimating the overall cost of the project, expenses, and revenues with the profit.
- Prepare all biding documents and follow up with the bidding process and updates to revise the bid accordingly.
