Aujan Coca-Cola Beverage Company is one of the largest Beverage Industries in the
KSA. Rani Juice, Vimto, Hani and Barbican are the hot products which have been
produced by the Company in the Kingdom. They were also the distributors for Wrigley’s
and Skittles Confectionary products with total 96 SKU’s until end of 2012.
Key responsibilities:
• Achievement of Sales Budget.
• Handling a Sales Team Total number of four members.
• Handling Sales in Chain Markets like Lulu Hypers, Panda Hypers and supers,
Carrefour Hypers and Express stores, Farm superstores, Othaim Hypers, Tamimi
Markets and other Local chain Markets.
• Making of Annual and Monthly Contracts with the chain Supermarkets.
• Promoting Company Products in the Supermarkets.
• Checking on the Merchandising standards of the Merchandisers.
• Handling a team of 10 Merchandisers.
• Market Development.
• Customer Service.
JOB PROFILE:
1. ACHIEVEMENT OF SALES BUDGET.
• Prepare sales documents and sales aides, maintaining Customer Record Cards
• Utilizing Core Selling Skills to meet the sales Objectives.
• Handling Customer Objections.
• To Establish and maintain customer relations.
• To Merchandise Customer Premises if necessary.
• To Process the orders according to respective customer rate of sale.
• To keep the customer informed of Out of Stock, New Products, Promotions, and
Marketing Campaigns etc.
• Lead and direct sales team through leadership by example and direct involvement.
• Actively ensure that sales team possesses acceptable level of knowledge and skills
to achieve planned sales objectives for the brands.
• Recommend and Implement Incentive programs for sales force to achieve business
objectives.
• Coordinate with RSM the execution of product launch programs and implement
agreed plans.
• Manage Inventory levels with the trade to maintain acceptable stock holding based
on shelf life levels.
• Report weekly on trade inventories.
2. MARKET DEVELOPMENT.
• Establish and maintaining of Customer Master File.
• Ensure Development of top customers in the area
• Ensure strike rates and productivity objectives are achieved.
• Build displays in key traffic areas to impact consumers in specific areas.
• Ensure proper share of displays through either category management or space
management in all outlets.
• To increase the market share with increase in Volume and value.
• Co-coordinating and execute participation at customer events depending on
opportunity in respect of presence, media coverage, new business opportunities,
competitor activity and sales volumes.
• Ensuring that the POP or the display equipments (POS) are placed strategically in
all the customer and ‘target customers’, to ensure presence and brand awareness.
• Communicating market intelligence to Branch Manager at post activity review
meeting, including reasons for sales, non sales.
• Collate and report competitive activities and information and provide feedback to
RSM.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Liaise with sales and distribution team so that the correct stock is delivered to
customer, thus optimizing customer service.
• Update customers on all new products/promotional offers
• All customer queries are death with a courteous manner.
• Achieving customer satisfaction in all dealings with customer.
• All display equipment in regularly is regularly checked to ensure no abuse and
that condition in being maintain as per company standards.
• Merchandise so as to get optimum visibility.
• Check all the Stocks.
• Rotate Market stocks as required.
4. ADMINISTRATION AND ASSET MANAGEMENT
• Process Orders on required company documentation
• Manage cash/cheque received from customers, including collection of any credit
outstanding.
• Managing all company assets (POP material, coolers, display equipment,
promotional items, vehicles)
• All defective assets are reported to Branch Manager.
• Journey cycle plans are maintained in an up to date condition.
• Customers credit confirmations every quarter.
5. PROFITABILTY
• Implement pricing as per agreed pricing strategies after discussion with the
customer.
• Reduce Impact of short expiry Products on P and L.
• Maximize returns on Investment on trade Promotions and visibility agreement
with trade.

in the Kingdom in August 2010.
• Achieved VIMTO Cordial Ramadan Sales Target consistently till date since 2009.
• Achieved second highest sales for VIMTO Cordial in the year, 2012 in the
Kingdom.
