-To handle the all incoming/out/transfer/Telephone calls in a Professional manner.
-Maintains all record calls. Taking message, wake up call services to the guest.
-To check daily Desk operations and ensures compliance with all policies, Standards and procedures.
-Complete and maintains all required Front Desk Shift Reports and paper work.
-To prepare the Daily Occupancy report (Competitor)
-Be Flexible according to the business need.
-Ensure that all, VIP Guest and repeat guest are identified, recognized, and prepare for them the VIPs amenities and welcome letters.
-Ensure that work areas are always clean, neat and organized.
- Communicating with H.K coordinator and H.K executive regarding room
Availability, make up room, guests checking out and other guests’ requests.
- Check in, guest and update their profiles, check room rat
-Making reservations from walk-in guests, as well as from the phone And the E- Mails Receiving after reservations duty finish.
- Double check LPO/ correspondents from company or travel agency and ensure that the check In and out is going very smoothly
-Follow up the guest complains and how to satisfy the guests
-Replacing the supervisor
-Replacing the night auditor ( check all check-in and out during the day, check the city ledger and credit card and all the instructions done during the day, closing the current day and printing the reports for the GM and F&B, prepare the Daily Occupancy report (Competitor) .

-To ensure enter all Local (Arabic & other nationality guests) enter & send to the

-Runs Front Desk shifts whenever necessary. Follow up with any system issue with the coordination of the Front Office Manager.
-Complete and maintains all required Front Desk Shift Reports and paper work.
-To Assist the FO Manager in maintaining the Daily Occupancy report
(Competitor)
-Be Flexible according to the business need.
-Ensure that all, VIP Guest and repeat guest are identified, recognized,
-Ensure that work areas are always clean, neat and organized.
-Have a good relationship with all associates and other departments.
-Be a good listener for all guest complaints and connect to the proper manager.
