financial recording and supervise the monthly closing.
•Responsible for managing the financial matters of the top management and
do the coordination with annual retail sales which exceed nine million Kuwaiti
dinars.
• Performing the sales analysis reporting for each cost center & retail center
• Do the cost reporting for each cost center & retail center.
•Create the Dept.’s Policy and procedures, guidelines, and
regulatory requirements.
•Retain customers and suppliers accounts by following up on the issuance of
their bills, collections and payment process.
•Prepare monthly trial balance report for Accounts payables, general &
administrative expenses reports.
•Audit, review and controlling all documents coming from HR department before
payment like monthly Payroll, Leave Salary, and Maintain annual staff Indemnity
& leave Records.
•Audit, review and controlling all payments for group of companies like
commissions, bonus, telex transfer, accounts payables and all other expenses.
•Prepares monthly trial balance report, account receivables, and debit ageing
Analysis.
•Prepares monthly payroll, Leave salary and End of service benefits.
•Audit and review all accounts receivable related parties and account's
reconciliations
