Responsible for Analyzing the Sales in detail and improving existing buying processes and systems.

Develop seasonal buying plan.
Sales forecasting and Category analysis by item level.
Pre-Stock allocation, manual replenishment and consolidation as and when required.
Plan seasonal Open To Buy plan of around 2 million units.
Track shipment delivery and having a closer look on the shipment delivery window as planned.
Coordinate with suppliers for shipment delivery plans.
Develop logistic plans for enhancing workflow involving inventory, production and distribution.


Developed buying plan for three brands of apparel and accessories for multiple seasons.
Involved in the data base migration from Oracle to SAP / ERP.
Involved in the creation of Item masters and Purchase orders.

Analyze every aspect of bestsellers and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential.
Manage the stock of Warehouses and shops.
