* Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete, slow moving, maximize availability of working capital by ensuring managing inventories within the agreed budgets of stocks days' cover
* Follow-up incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure to stress
* Follow up on problems with suppliers and late deliveries to ensure that the stock reaches the stores on a timely basis
* Participate in stock take for the store with the Auditing, Finance, and Internal Auditing Departments
* Reporting on the store and submit them for senior management to develop strategies and get rid of stagnant inventory
* Determines and implements cost accounting procedures and methods.
* Analyze ABC analyses Material per category and item.
* Utilized Working Framework to plan and execute store Operations.
* Manage warehouse inventory and stock counting to asses a 100% inventory accuracy.
* Reviewing and evaluating monthly stock levels
* Planning, strategizing, accounting the stores & cost budget about The main branch
* managing cost effectively by using minimum resources to achieve maximum goals
* Supervising all IR (Inventory and Replenishment), FMC (File maintenance and control) and receiving employees in store
* Monitor daily the inventory turnover ratio to prepare replenishment orders and minimize out of stock

* Ensure that PO’s are placed for the items at the appropriate lead time in order for the supplier to provide store with the level of service demand
* Ensuring that distribution of stocks from Warehouse to the store are carried out within time limits and as per the norms fixed
* Follow-up incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure
* Ensure the receiving employees are following the receiving procedure
* Gathering Data, Analyzing Material and Rigs costs.
* Establish data base for Cost of unit analysis monthly, quarterly and yearly for each site and product
* Consult with Finance to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with Costing changes
* Seek new methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness of costing records.
* Conduct and Review cost reduction studies.
* Develop and enhance cost forecasting models
* Distribution of tasks between us as a cost team
Responsible for the preparation of cost reports.

* Handle all activities given to warehouse operator.

* Revise the invoices of all products entering the store by direct suppliers and warehouses and revise waste and return invoices
