HELI Brand.
Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads and technical assistance to customers as
requirements with proper verification.
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
Assist the clients in decision making related to choose the best machine for a particular job.
To maintain liaison with principal and give market feedback regularly.
To supervise the Motors Service team of 150 Technician and 15 service engineers and ensure the product PDI, Delivery, installation and service within time.
To arrange training for our team member and farmers about new harvesting technology, thus our agricultural system is modernized.
To arrange promotional program for product branding and to educate the farmers about new machineries.
To collect the machine feedback from field and worked to the development of product with Chinese manufacturer company.
To ensure the customer service as well as warranty support within 6 hours.
To establish spare parts inventory and create new spare parts dealer for opening of new business in spare parts section
• Project sourcing and marketing for HVAC (VRF) system, Split Air Conditioning system;
• Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients;
• Budget Preparation for Different Projects and timely acknowledges the sales queries and proposals from the customers; needs.
• To Collect design and modify themselves for Customer needs.
