Manage stock controller/Logistics teams, providing leadership, encouraging teamwork
and directing the teams in order to achieve consistent and high quality performance in
execution of tasks.
Setting and follow stock controller's KPIs to develop and grow business
Implement and oversee the Parts Business Plan, Forecasts, Cost Structure, Wholesale
pricing, policies, operational plans that enable achievement of Company’s overall
business plans.

Define and oversee the implementation of the sales and operational strategies in order
to maximize sales and meet dealer and consumer demands in a timely and cost effective
manner.
Monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same and
identify all operational problems in inventory.
Monitor work of all MRP controllers and ensure achievement of all objectives and
provide improvements to same if required.
Monitor all SAP’s MM and SD modules transactions and provide required feedback to
team as required.
Other Responsibilities:
SAP’s Solution Manager
Restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse impact
on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and
availability are maintained.
1. responsible of all the parts orders to prepare them and directed them to the warehouse to be charged to the workshop
2. responsible of replying to all parts inquiries with the availability and cost 3. prepare the parts shortage reports and report them to the stock controller
4. preparing and submitting the daily lost of sales report
5. accurately identifying the right part number for the needed parts requests
6.responsible of all the ADS
