Work Description
1-Responsible for overseeing maintenance of heavy duty equipments and trucks.
2-Planned, directed and coordinated daily maintenance and repair activities, and supervised work.
3-Operated, diagnosed, repaired, overhauled, tested and reported various kind of mechanical and electrical components such as heavy diesel engines, power generation, hydraulic systems(pumps, valves, actuators/ motors or pistons, control bank), power trains (transmission, gearbox, PTO, torque converter, shafts and coupling, deferential, breaks), chassis and under carriage, electrical fault finding(sensor, batteries, fuse, belts and alternator).
4-Applied technical expertise and resolved maintenance problems as per manufacturer standards and serviced vehicles according to manufacture specifications.
5-Followed high level of safety rules and regulations.
6-Maintained an adequate supply of spare parts in order to fulfill repair and maintenance requirements with minimum holding cost.
7-Completed tasks under pressure often in adverse conditions with limited resources.
8-Able to communicate with others clearly, confidently and precisely with the ability to interpret others individual requirements. And got experience in working with many different nationalities.
9-Supplied information to assist in the development of maintenance and repair budget, ensured that service, maintenance and other operational reports are accurate and complete.
10-Participated in Project Management teams to develop plans, designs, specifications, and cost estimates and related topics aimed to improve the company .

Work Description
1- Performed daily inspection, emergency breakdown repair and preventative servicing to Scania and DAF trucks.
2- Disassembled defective parts, performed service cleaning and lubrication, and replaced malfunctioned parts as required.
3- Identified spare parts, drawings and manuals.
4- Maintained work place and trucks area clean and neat and kept inventory of tools.
5- Followed safe working procedures and practices in all activities.
6- Assisted in preparing and submitting daily reports on maintenance works accomplished, results obtained and materials expended.
7- Witnessed and participated in adjustments relevant to the nature of the environment attributed to Sudan , such as investigation in air manifold. that approved by our partner technology adviser Scania
