Desktop support
- Responsible for :
1- Software and hardware support for 50 PCs in the company headquarter and other branches in Heliopolis, Alexandria and Tanta.
2- Supporting desktop and application problems for the most of doctors and hospitals of the company inside and outside Cairo.
3- System configuration and user help-desk.
4- Ms Outlook Configuration and backup.
Data network support
- Including network construction and regular maintenance.
- Making regular data backup for the company’s data.
Application support
1- Designing and developing customer service, sales & price offers application (using ACCESS database).
2- Designing and developing any databases for the clinics to follow up the patients' status (using ACCESS database).
