Worked on a US Department of Defense Program called (GIRoA Advisory and Assistance to the Ministries of Defense and Interior (GAAM) excecuted by Metis Solutions and Oxus group both based in Virginia at the time.
I used to assist GAAM employees implementing the said project.

implement measures aimed at developing human resources and professionalism for procurement, including recruitment and training program, and providing certification of the credentials of members of Procurement Committees and procurement officers;
issue circulars for integrating executions of procurement;

Supervising and management of around 400 MC staff recruitment, making contracts, preparation and dissemination of staff manual in their required language, preparation and maintenance of personal files, time sheets, payments, payrolls and payslips.
Translated the documents from Farsi to English and vise verse, and did the interpretation while and where required.
