Key Responsibilities
Project Initiation and Planning management: • Involving in Project Kick off and review meeting
• Developing Project work schedules.
• Identifying external service requirement, preparation of service/contract scope
Project Scope Management: • Tracking & maintain scope changes & its effect on the overall project schedule.
• Assessing the detail job scope & identifying material, manpower, equipment's requirement & estimating the duration of cost
Project Time Management: • Scheduling; Development of base line schedule using PRIMAVERA (P6)
• Preparation of weekly, monthly & three months look ahead schedule & updating the progress.
• Preparation of Schedules ( Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)


Project Monitor & Control Management: • Monitoring Project through EVM, SPI, CPI & CPM.
• Identifying potential delays & preparation of recovery schedules
Resource Management: • Develop, maintain & update project schedule with resource loading & costing.
Project Communications Management: • MIS: preparing progress % calculation systems, earned man hours, productivity & trend
analysis.
• Progress measurement using S Curves.
• Coordinating with the procurement department & material department.
• Attending the weekly, monthly progress meeting.

supply to Budour cluster to serve upcoming wells.

33 kv single ELM overhead line constructions - 9 km

Project: BUDOUR NE 3 Re-Installations U/G, 3 LPECS flow line.

Specifications: 2.7km U/G 6" 3LPE CS flow line.
