Project - Alerts Next Generation (ANG)
Alerts Next Generation (ANG) platform processes requests incoming from upstream applications and dispatches to configured delivery channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Create and develop system applications utilizing standard concepts, practices and procedures
• Work closely with other groups like product, business analyst, quality assurance, and project management resources throughout delivery of solutions
• Provide mentorship for junior members of the team
• Provide weekly status reports and time accounting
• Mentor and support other members of the team (both on-shore and of-shore) to assist in completing tasks and meet objectives
Application Maintenance & Support
• Provide application support to minimize service disruption and facilitate operations, diagnose root causes and work on fixing them
• Deployment of service releases, change requests and customizations
• Managing cases, requests and enhancements using tools and processes
• Analyse all business processes and ensure compliance to all controlled processes according to business requirement
• Part of Android development team
• Developed prototype for a Find my Phone app
• Designed pages using templates for Abbott laboratories health nutrition app
• Worked on design pages for General Motors car presentation app
