Vendor Development, Incorporating System and making of SOPs for Stores and Purchase, Supply chain Management
Material Management
• Preparing & working on the procurement schedule as per Site requirement.
• Identifying assignable and chronic causes by the use of analysis techniques for eliminating problems in Medical Equipments.
• Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that plans are aligned with requirements.
• Release the purchase order as per requirement and as per agreement (if signed), taxes mentioned and get acknowledge of rates after negotiation and delivery dates.
• Follow up the requirement of the material as per the date mentioned in purchase order
• Maintaining the material details in the form of Excel data sheet or in online drive.
• Managing the inventory levels & avoiding stock outs for different category.
• Ensuring follow-up with vendors for logistics deliverables, timely deliveries and quality checks; ensuring timely payments.
Operation Management
• Improve the efficiency of the operations under the circumstances of resources available.
• Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures by Rejection & Rework analysis.
• Efficiently managing the inventory levels, for ensuring ready availability of material to meet site’s requirement.
• Monitoring the performance level of the staff .
• Calling up staffs in different sites for discussing current work issues and devising solutions for enhanced operations.
• Follow up with Engineers for immediate resolving of problems.
• Give training to staffs related to Equipment handling, usage, and daily maintenance of Equipments (Preventive Maintenance)
Logistic Management
• Carried out Import activities.
• Co-ordination with overseas suppliers (China, Singapore, Taiwan) and domestic suppliers for readiness of materials and compliance of dispatch schedule as per contract
• Co-ordination with CHA for all Logistical activities.
• Co-ordination with transporters.
