Building services engineer responsible of the Design, Estimation, installation, operation and maintenance of the mechanical systems required for safe, comfortable and environmentally friendly operation of modern buildings including:
•Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
•Water, Drainage and Fire Protection.
•Medical Gas system (SNG/LPG, AIR, VACCUM.NITROGEN GAS)
•Compressor Air & Vacuum System.
•Utilities: Boiler - R.O Plant.
•Thermal Energy storage tanks (TES).
•Structural and piping Fabrication and Execution work.
•Electrical (Lighting, power, Emergency light, CCTV, Fire Alarm, )

Duties and Responsibilities
•Act as site representative on all matters with project specifications and requirements related to mechanical.
•Monitor contractor’s Mechanical works to ensure compliance with specifications, plans and drawings.
•Review material approval submittals, method statements, drawings, etc. and provide recommendations to Project Manager for final review and approval.
•Liaise with client representatives, contractors, site engineers and sub-contractors on issues related to the review and approval of method statements, drawings and other technical documents related to mechanical works.
•Review results of inspection and tests to ensure compliance to project specification.
•Monitor and check contractor’s mechanical works to ensure safety and quality Review
•Mechanical system design and engineering studies various services.
•Provide relevant information and data to the Quantity Surveyor for the project valuation process.
•Provide accurate information and data to Project Manager for inclusion in Progress Reports.
•Review and verify corrective actions established from NCR’s and Discrepancy Reports.
•Attend coordination meetings with project team, client, contractors, sub-contractors and other stakeholder.
•Procurement of materials as per the site requirements.
•Meeting/correspondence with client/consultant for development of good business relation & good co-ordination at site.
•Commissioning of system, preparing handing over documents including snags and as Built Drawings

Projects: king Saud University and KAFD project-Riyadh
Duties and Responsibilities
•Review the consultant Tender drawing and quantity take off all Mechanical services using Plan Swift software and Preparing BOQ. Sending Enquiries to related suppliers and get quotations.
•Preparing the Quantity Estimation using Plan Swift &Excel Sheet.
•Designing of all HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection system by using related software’s and Calculations.
•Preparing the shop drawings coordinates with other Services.
•Coordinates engineering efforts in assigned areas between technical and other engineering groups or disciplines, with the Consultant and client.
•Review mechanical and electrical system design and engineering studies various services.
•Procurement of materials as per the site requirements.
•Complete Designing & Installation of all HVAC& R System: Air-cooled/Water Cooled Chillers, Cooling Tower & Expansion Tank, Heat Exchanger, CHW Primary/Secondary Pumps, CHW Piping, AHU’S, FCU’S, DX-Units, Ducting, Grills Diffusers by using ASHRAE and SMACNA standerds.
•Complete Designing & Installation of Fire Protection (Dry/wet) System: Fire Pump Station Fire Piping, Zone Valve assembly, Fire Hose Reel cabinet, Landing valve, Sprinklers, & FM 200 System.
•Complete Designing & Installation of Drainage/ Vent system: Soil Pipe, Waste Pipe, Vent Pipe, storm water pipe, RD, FD, Submersible Pumps, & all kind of Sanitary Fetchers.
•Complete Installation & Testing of Medical Gas system: SNG/LPG Gas, Air/Vacuum, Oxygen, Nitrogen.
•Supervision, quality check, inspection along with consultant of various works.
•Commissioning of system, preparing handing over documents including snags and as Built Drawings
Reporting to MEP Project Manager
Projects: Qatar Navigation Tower, Barwa city-Doha (Qatar)
Duties and Responsibilities
•Designing & Selection of all HVAC, Equipment’s: Heat load calculation (using HAP), pump head calculation, selection of pumps, selection of CHW pipes, static pressure calculation, selection of AHU’S, FCU’S, Ex-Fans, ventilation calculation, smoke central system et (as per ASHRE), Duct calculation (as per SMACNA), Selection of grills & diffusers.
• Estimation: Quantity takes off; prepare BOQ, quantity estimation, Preparation of bill of quantities by referring the specifications, and various manufacturer standards.
•Preparation of Drawings: Preparing Shop drawing by Reference of Tender drawing, by guiding to the AutoCAD Draftsman’s for the preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, & Fire Protection Drawings.
•Preparation of Material Submittal and Method of Statements for the material and Works.
•Procurement of materials as per the site requirements.
•Complete Installation & Testing of all HVAC& R System: Air-cooled/Water Cooled Chillers, Cooling Tower & Expansion Tank, Heat Exchanger, CHW Primary/Secondary Pumps, CHW Piping, AHU’S, FCU’S, DX-Units, Ducting, Grills Diffusers.
•Complete Installation & Testing of Fire Protection (Dry/wet) System: Fire Pump Station, Fire Piping, Zone Valve assembly, Fire Hose Reel cabinet, Landing valve, Sprinklers, & FM 200 System.
•Complete Installation & Testing of Domestic Water Supply System:
Pumps, Boiler/Central Water Heater, distilled water system, Piping’s, WHA, TMV, TBV Isolating Valves, & all sanitary mixers.
•Supervision, quality check, inspection along with consultant of various works.
•Commissioning of system, preparing handing over documents including snags and as Built Drawings

Projects: Man hattan, Appotex pharma, Banglore metro project.
Duties and Responsibilities
