As a professor in the Department of Physics at Milliya Arts, Science College, Beed, my role encompasses teaching undergraduate students, conducting practical’s, conducting research, publishing findings, engaging in academic administration, and fostering community outreach. I am responsible for delivering lectures, engaging students in practical’s, mentoring students, and supervising research projects while staying abreast of developments in his field. My administrative duties include Head Department of Computer and Management Science, committee participation and resource management, all aimed at maintaining the academic excellence of the department. Throughout my career, I mentored 10 Ph.D. students across various disciplines and established the Microwave and Imaging Spectroscopy Research Laboratory at Milliya College, Beed, recognized by ISRO as one of Indias 48 Space Research Labs in 2022. My involvement in leading roles in ISRO-funded projects and as a vital member of ISROs Chandrayaan-2 and ISRO-NASA Joint Earth Observation Satellite NISAR teams underscores my expertise. Additionally, I am actively engaged with the community through outreach activities and professional development to continually enhance his teaching and research skills.
