❖I oversaw planning, installation and operation of mechanical works (installations, welding, troubleshooting ...etc.) the infrastructural network.
❖ Due to the high level of daily communications, I was able to accumulate a sizable number of relationships with all agencies and companies that are concerned with infrastructure
❖ I worked in six infrastructural projects as a contractor for NWC: The first (8 - A) was completed in 50% of scheduled timeline (i.e. ahead of schedule). The second (15-B) was completed on schedule. The third was project (15-C) was also completed on schedule. The fourth was the expansion of the southern treatment plant. The fifth was a reduction of surface water in the general security's housing compound in the Almarwah. The sixth was connecting two fresh water mainlines of Jeddah's water network across Alharamain highway
❖At the seventh project (25-A), I was approved as a project manager for the execution of kilo 14's freshwater network and connecting it to the mainline.
❖ Reined in project costs while meeting key milestones.
❖ Developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performance.
Generating weekly reports on the production line’s safety, quality, production rates and breakdowns.
Updating and reviewing the maintenance cycle and procedures.
Reducing maintenance losses in glue systems and heavy duty bearings.
Participating in loss elimination workshop.
