Electronic file (E-Payment)
o Follow up the electronic balances daily on the system and make daily reports of the available quantities and the quantities sold and send them to the sales department and the financial department.
o Making orders for electronic balances from suppliers after reviewing the remaining balances on the system as needed after coordination with the financial department and sales department.
o Preparing terminal machines for customers based on the request of the sales department and opening an account for the new customer on the system and transferring the required balance based on the approval of the sales department.
o Follow up on all emails and requests received from account managers (Zain) related to branches and sales (complaints - opening a new account - balance transfer + orders).
o Transfer of the required balances to salesmen based on incoming mail from the Sales Department (phone sector, groceries sector, Cooperative sector &Zain branches).
o Transfer of electronic balances on CD to customers based on the request of the Sales Department by e-mail and the approval of the Financial Department after the bank transfer of the value of the balance to the company’s account.

Store (sims, devices and charging cards)
o check the quantities daily on the system, making daily reports of the available quantities and the quantities sold, and sending them to the Sales Department and the Financial Department.
o Making orders for quantities from Zain company stores after reviewing the remaining balances on the system as needed after coordination with the financial department and the sales department.
o Transferring Sims, cards and devices to the company's salesmen based on an order by the Sales Department by e-mail.
o Making debit notes and receipts on the system with transfers to and from branches based on a report received from the Sales Department.

From Oct 2017 till Des 2018
Accessories & Sales Team Leader Fonz International (Zain branches)

o Solving customer problems & issues.
o Maintain Sales target achievement.
o Making orders for the necessary accessories based on the needs of the branches.
o Maintain Zain branches image, look & feel as per highest levels.
o Reporting to Sales manager.


From Aug 2015 till Oct 2017

o Receipt of cash collections from sales in the main treasury.
o Pay cash salaries.
o Receiving and cashing checks.
o Exporting cash to the company's bank account through the money transfer company.
o Making vouchers and exchange vouchers and recording them on the System
o Reconciliation account (K-Net)
