To ensure quality improvement by working in a systematic manner, formalized procedure design to incorporate contract requirements and design change.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with company’s health, safety and Environment management system requirements.

Supervision and QC Inspection of personnel working in site on daily basis to ensure that client quality requirements are fully complied with
•Responsible to maintain the Quality document system and preparation of packages upon completion.
•Implementation and monitoring of work and process as per drawing specification, procedures and instructions established by the quality control Department.
•Preparing Corrective and Preventive Action Request (CPAR) as per the No conformance found in audits.
•Have knowledge about the codes and standards.
•Confirm material against the material test certificates(MTC’s).
•Carrying out the welding inspection before, during and after welding operation as per approved test plan, relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification.
•Inspection for consumable electrode such as composition, type, grade and baking as per WPS.
•Inspection of finished work items including joint fit-up, different fittings and welding.
•Preparation of day-today activities, progress monitoring and reporting.
•Monitoring the welders performance through repairs and controlling them.
•Visual inspection as per codes and standards.Performing Welder Qualification Tests for various welding procedure specifications as per ASME section IX and ASME B31.3etc
•Witness, evaluation and interpretation of NDT techniques like RT, UT, MT, & PT. Co-ordinate with NDT personal and making arrangement to complete the job in time.
•Radiographic films review, interpretation and preparation of reports..
•Inspection of preheating, post heating and post weld heat treatment activities.
•Inspection of Raw materials as per ASME Std. Codes.
•Performing visual and conducting the necessary test after surface preparation.
•Reviewing the completed documentation package for pressure test.
