Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• A day to day point of contact for clients to strengthen and build client relationships.
• Management of an active portfolio of wealthy Executive and Professional clients.
• Account opening and completing KYC (Know Your Client) documents for new clients ensuring adherence to due diligence.
• Act as a mentor and coach to new starters in the role and to existing team members to assist with their ongoing Professional Development.
• Pro-actively contacting clients to enhance their Private Banking experience through Clients Needs Campaigns and upselling additional bespoke Coutts products where appropriate.
• Arranging Private Client Reviews to understand clients’ financial circumstances to assist with their short/long term goals and match products and services with their needs.
• Report referrals in a timely manner to Wealth Managers for investment opportunities and the Estate Planning team on relevant matters.
• Responsibility for non-regulated credit facilities up to a limit of £2m. Taking on new debt and renewing facilities to achieve team lending target.
• Assisting the Banker in regulated credit facilities, working closely with numerous departments across the bank to ensure the whole process, from initial meeting to drawdown, provides an excellent client journey.
• The ability to present complex information in a simplified way.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the market, industry and competitor activity so as to anticipate and satisfy client needs.
• Resolving complaints swiftly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial accounts analysis and portfolio analysis.
• Complete a minimum of 50 hours of Continued Professional Development across the year.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Taking instructions and responding to clients’ requests for information regarding their General Banking and Credit Card transactions.
• Referral to the appropriate area for fulfilment where required and updating Coutts databases to ensure collation of data ensuring excellent service delivery is achieved.
• Responsibility for the documentation of client complaints and complex client issues.
• Supporting the client relationship by referring key information to bankers, reporting large credits and payments to competitor banks.
• Liaison with client facing and back office teams to ensure seamless banking delivery.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Train colleagues on sales techniques and customer service.
• Deputise for the Sales Supervisor in their absence, leading the team and answering technical and procedural questions.
• Recruiting new staff and leading interviews.
• Maximising sales opportunities.
• Ensuring all sales are undertaken within the company’s policies and in compliance with FSA regulations.

Management of several properties to ensure that guest's expectations are met and exceeded.
Selling additional activities to enhance the clients Ski Holiday.
Organising client's transfers to and from Geneva Airport.
Selling of Ski Passes, Equipment Hire and Ski Lessons.
Weekly meetings with local suppliers.
Regular evening visits to clients hotels.
Making myself available 24/7 to assist with any queries or concerns from clients.
