Close collaboration with director/reporter to edit raw footage into documentaries that, besides a good storyline, look and sound goods due to the right use of color grading, effects and music.

I was an instructor of camera techniques for aspiring video reporters.

Use/digitize different types of footage such as Digi Beta, HDCam, XDCam, P2, R3D, 5D, ...
Edit solo/with director using Avid Media Composer, finish by grading the documentary using Avid Symphony,
Implement gfx using After Effects,
Make an audiomix through the Avid Mixtool.
Make sure that the finished story is delivered in the right standard using VTR for tapes or Compressor/Encoder for file based delivery.
Ability to operate different types of cameras to capture interviews/inserts which can be used to make a story.

In addition to above competences, I have ample experience in television and broadcasting and I eager to learn, therefore I am suitable for broader functions relating to the field.
