•Check for Cleanliness, Quality of Service and hospitality
•Send detailed Reports about my visits and complete Quality Surveys about the place I have been to
•Training 3rd and 4th Year Governmental University Students on Rules of Pronunciation, Basic Grammatical rules and Softs kills to help them get an opportunity of a good career in the BPO industry
• Planning, preparing and delivering courses /training classes to the university students.
• Completing the student competency record accurately, and observing all record management requirements.
• Reviewing the planning, delivery and assessment of the training program required.
• Planning, conducting and reviewing assessment of student competence.
• Contributing to internal reviews and audits when requested to do so.
