Basic Functions:
-Increase IMI market share in the local market
-Identify markets for new products/applications
-Promote IMI product ranges

Duties, Responsibilities and authorities:
-Follow BDO’s sales and marketing plan.
-Meet with architects and consultants, to introduce and promote IMI products and have them specify same on their projects.
-Identify projects by frequent site visits from publications etc.
-Conduct demonstrations and product orientation to new customers.
-Prepare pre-qualification documents for submittal to consultants and architects.
-Forward pre-qualification and technical specifications to Government Departments in order to obtain product approvals.
-Gather information about competitor’s products, prices etc.

Summer internship program: Worked as sales engineer and process design engineer for water treatment plants. Work included:
- Managing and interpreting customers’ requirements.
- Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
- Checking the water quality standards for the company’s projects.
- Designing and sizing physical treatment units.
