● Coordinates MEP T &C meeting with Consultants/Supplier/3rd party/Construction team/ representatives for any testing and commissioning site instructions, inspection, and coordination of work.
● Preparation of Test packs of all service systems.
● Coordination with construction team and preparation of MCC upon installation approvals of services.

● Perform Load bank test and Lux test for EM lighting in public areas
● Manage earth resistance testing & commissioning procedures of electrical systems.
● Preparation of monthly looks ahead program based on the targets.
● Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports.
● Conducting Site walks and inspection for service installation along with Consultant
● Ensuring of MEP site instruction, NCR is clearance and taking corrective and preventive actions.
● Ensuring that Company HSE policies are implemented at the site in coordination with HSE department
● Coordinates with Consultant and Subcontractor representatives for any site instructions, inspection, and coordination of work.
● Preparation of Material Transmittals, Method of statements, ITP and Risk assessment (RA) and tracking with the consultant to get corresponding approval.
● Preparation of MR according to approved MT and coordinate with the procurement department for the timely material delivery.
● Preparation of RFIT and MDS and schedule Inspection with the consultant.
● Attending meetings with consultants and vendors and preparation of minutes of the meeting giving presentations to managers.
● Manage the cold and hot testing & commissioning procedures of electrical systems.
● Ensuring the Redline drawing provided by site engineers and integrating with the engineering team to make as-built drawing.
● Experienced in installation of Lighting system and Lighting control system, Obstruction lighting system CBS, UPS, & Smallpowersytem, also

● Ensure the quality & safety of workers.
● Controlling the Subcontractors works, ensure qualities are in proper standards and checking for their work progress invoices
• Selection Installation Testing and commissioning of new V F D panels for motors.
• Periodical inspection of Motors and V F D Control Panels.
• Conducting energy audit and energy consumption of each machine.
• Identification of areas for energy conservation.
• All Maintenance works on V F D Panels, E O T cranes and factory premises.
• Schedule preventive maintenance work
