RESEARCH & DEVEPOLMENT

Roles & Responsbilities :

1. Co-ordinate the overall MRF Heat Engineering team .

2. Designing cure specification for any new products of Tyre and non Tyre
products in MRF .

3. Responsible for fixing the cure time & analysis the state of cure by blow
point study and thermocouple study and publish the report .

4. Conduct compound RPA analysis and calculate the reversion .

5. Co-ordinate the technical team in scrap reduction activity for established
as well as new products .

6. Co-ordinate the process for any new product .

7. Optimize the cure time through regular audit on the existing product .

8. Design the industrialization process specification for any new curing press
and machine related to after cure process.
9. Finalizing the functional specification for New machine for curing and after
curing process .
10.Co-ordinate the cross functional team to take process trial's in shop floor
and take decision based on the result .

11.Co-ordinate Curing exploratory work and co-ordinate with PRODUCT
GROUP for change in the existing product's .

12.Overall Co-ordinate for ISO 27001 INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM (ISMS) for PROCESS DEPARTMENT .
