• Performing operational pre-flight/departure preparation in accordance with UAE and foreign government rules and regulations, including applicable ICAO procedures, Company Operations Manuals and Corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Developing, reviewing, authorising, issuing and revising all operational flight plans, for scheduled, non-scheduled, military, ambulance, ferry, delivery, training and test flight operations, in keeping with safety, regulatory compliance, customer service and corporate requirements;
• Assisting the Operations team with other related duties as assigned;
• Analysing operational conditions, identifying limitations on operational capabilities, such as, but not limited to, weather, Notams, Nav facilities, Air Traffic Control, Air Traffic Flow, aircraft performance and MEL requirements;
• Analysing operational and meteorological conditions to determine the most efficient and safe minimum fuel requirement in support of both regulatory and corporate requirements;
• When requested, provide the Pilot-in-command with a thorough flight crew briefing, covering all significant information, which may affect his flight.
• Transmitting to Air Traffic Control directly or through an approved handling agent in the country of operation, all ICAO Flight Plan requirements.
• Initiate the Emergency Response Accident / Incident Notification Procedure, and assess and issue Flight Incident Category Reports, including the corporate notification process.
• Conducting route analysis by checking no fly zones or restricted or warning zones and also complying with each countries preferential routings and following the entry and exit points specified in the AIP’s.
• While flying to countries under EURO CONTROL review the planned route in the NOP portal to get the most optimized and validated routes.
• Obtaining curfew breaks from local airport authorities during irregular operations.
• Providing a fuel summary, flight plans and flight watch for ETOPS, test and training flights.
• In the event of an emergency, conveys by any available means, safety related information to the PIC that may be necessary for the safe conduct of the flight, including information related to any amendments to the flight plan that become necessary in the course of the flight.
• Ensure all PPS8 FP data maintenance related functions are carried out and are updated from time to time.
• Monitor on a daily basis flight plan related issues, liaise and coordinate with PPS8/ JEPP VIEW and implement remedial actions immediately

• In the absence of the Operations Controller, initiate the Emergency Response Accident / Incident Notification Procedure, and assess and issue Flight Incident Category Reports, including the corporate notification process.
• During irregular operations, coordinate with the Pilot-in-command and in consultation with the Flight Operations Manager / Operations Controller, implementing flight delays when conditions warrant, recommending flight cancellations and initiating alternative plans;
• Obtaining curfew breaks from local airport authorities during irregular operations.
• Providing a fuel summary, flight plans and flight watch for ETOPS, test and training flights.
• In the event of an emergency, initiates procedures as outlined in the OM, while avoiding taking any action that would conflict with ATC procedures.
• In the event of an emergency, conveys by any available means, safety related information to the PIC that may be necessary for the safe conduct of the flight, including information related to any amendments to the flight plan that become necessary in the course of the flight.
• Ensure all LIDO FP data maintenance related functions are carried out in order the all OFP’s are produced in consideration to all applicable regulatory, AIP requirements
• Monitor on a daily basis flight plan related issues, liaise and coordinate with LIDO and implement remedial actions immediately
• Responsible for administration and daily supervision of work at site including quality control monitoring
• Assume responsibility of quantity calculation, cost estimation, work verification as per contract specification, monitoring of works with its investment and return
• Handle independently earth work supervision, estimation, works monitoring as per specification, preparation and verification of running bills, billing of execution work and official corresponds with clients etc.
• Oversee all phases of project execution; approve engineering/design changes, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, consistently meeting project deadlines and highest possible quality standard
• Propagate Quality Circle movement and develop quality culture in the work force to achieve quality leadership in the industry
• Accomplish responsibility for calculating load for RCC design and preparation of RCC design/drawings and checking of R.C.C Structure Design Sites for Steel & Concrete
• Define document series for the inventory module while analyzing & identifying the problems for the creation of Item master.
• Identify Training Need Analysis of team members and organizing training programs to enhance their capacity
• Key player in analysis, development and implementation of strategic business plans & policies, ensuring organizational growth, targeting maximum profitability & cost effectiveness
• Carry out in-depth analysis of the projects, for assessment of technical and commercial viability of the projects to ensure proper utilization of the funds
• Contribute significantly in conducting various Inspections by inspection agency
• Nurture relations with Consultants and Vendors for speedy implementation of projects
• Define scope of the project and conclude works contracts with qualified & experienced Contractors on reasonable terms. Enforce work performance within terms of contract
• Closely monitor construction work of large scale industrial units, godowns, warehouses, office buildings, quarters, road works, water tanks, development work, compound work etc.
