Job responsibilities;
* Manage and ensure the complete deliveries to the tune of monthly sales target.
* Maintain adequate store supplies.
* Plan, streamline and execute supplies to various branches and storage facilities all
over Oman
* Hire additional storage facilities, trucks, outsource manpower and oversee their
functional activities
* Take and implement initiatives with the view of driving the cost down and keeping
demurrage at nil.
* Conduct regular stores meetings.
* Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.

* Plan the effective utilization of maximum storage space with easy accessibility of
SKUs.
* Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to statutory/company safety
standards.
* Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and counsel store employees. Schedule, organize and
direct assignments.

* Utilize labor management tools, including effective scheduling, to maximize
productivity, profitability and margins.

* Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of
deposits to bank.
* Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs.
* Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store
administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
* Organizing and conducting quarterly/annual physical stock checks
