⮚ Overseeing car rental operations of 9, 000 units of diferent makes and models of Toyota, Lexus, Ashok Leyland, Hino Trucks and Mahindra. ⮚ Lead the team of 175+ employees in 10 locations, including vehicle procurement, service, spare parts, insurance, fleet management, billing & collections, trafic control and Used Car Sales. ⮚ Perform vendor evaluation, negotiate vendor/supplier contracts, and review the products for quality. Ensure transparency, integrity, economy, fairness, competition, and accountability to meet budgetary and other operational requirements of the company. ⮚ Overseeing daily operations of the business unit, including vehicle procurement, post rental service and garage operations, 24*7 roadside assistance, 24*7 towing service, parking, manpower, health & safety, disposal of waste and hazardous items, disposal of used vehicles, negotiating leases, and overseeing renovation projects.
⮚ Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms. ⮚ Builds and retain high performance teams by hiring, developing, and motivating ambitious team players. ⮚ Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability. ⮚ Bottom line P&L, inventory management, credit control, and people management.
