- Contacting, meeting and visiting local and international suppliers to provide sample material, brochures and spec sheets specific to the projects under preparation.
- Supporting interior designers when required as follows.
-Finding samples and necessary contact information of the suppliers
-Helping on preparation of sample boards
-Preparation of FF&E specs sheets
- Searching for up to date/new information and trends related to interior design department over different sources like internet, industry magazines etc. and provide summary information about these searches to the concerned people.
- Visiting industry fairs and collecting new resources related to company activities.
- Organizing, labelling and indexing of interior design library as per RMJM standards. Keeping the library updated with recent documents.

- Responsible of all Marketing Activities
- Following of continuous data flow from sales team and coordinating of sales team to increase the sales amount.
- Contacting with companies and prepare promotional campaigns to increase the product sales. ( Worked with Krups Small home appliances, Philips Small home appliances for the promotional campaigns)
- Staff and material procurement, preparation and design, application and control of activities for the party and aid organizations.
- Design, selection and procurement of promotion materials.
- Organization and monitoring the distribution of the incoming promotion materials from Lavazza to customers all over the Turkey.
- Design, preparation and publication of Advertisements in weekly and monthly magazines.
Total 32 advertisements are prepared and published. Agreements have been done by barters or uncustomary discounts by good relations with the companies.
- Periodic Training of the staff of Fourseasons Hotel, Lykia World Holiday Village Resort, Papermoon, Schlowtsky Café for the products supplied by Anka Ltd. (Products : Lavazza Coffee Products).
Responsibilities for the training are; setting up the theory and the design of the training, preparation of training files and presenting the training.
- Preparation, organization, and controlling of public tasting activities in Gross Markets.( Dunkin Donut’s, Migros Gross Markets, Metro Supermarkets)
- Preparation of Product Catalogues and Product Files for the customers and sales team staff.
- Preparation of the trainings and training of company staff.
