Peroforming my role of Pathologist along with a Laboratory Director cum Quality Manager. 5 technicians report directly to me. All reports are validated by me which includes Routine Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Routine Immunoassay, Clinical Pathology.
Lead my team for ISO 15189;1012 audit by preparing all the documents, maintaining the quality of tests as per standards.
Also completed 3 day course of ISO 15189:2012 for an Internal Auditor requirement
Worked in the fields of clinical pathology, hematology, cytology, histopathology starting from sample collection (eg FNAC, Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, surgical gossing), tests for clinical patholgy to interpretation and reporting.
During MD course worked on dissertation titled as “A Cross-sectional Study of Clinical Profiles and Spectrum of Etiologies of Pancytopenia”
