Job Responsibilities
Handling recruitments for Banking, Financial, logistics, Construction, Real Estate and Retail sector from middle managements to senior level
Client Management
Handling cliental queries, sending the agreement and sourcing the right candidates.
Identify and shortlist the suitable candidates for the vacancies allotted and provide feedback on success of filling jobs
Up-date client contact person and company information in the system.
Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description - check info / client requirements in line with key processes and legislation.
Candidate Management
Source candidates from Data bank, prospective candidates from the advertisement, head hunting other sources, as and when required.
Candidate control - keep in regular contact, keep updated candidate records, and provide screening comments and tests results.
Screen candidates from data-bank, applications from pre-registered and new candidates, by providing them status online.
Conduct telephonic interviews, negotiate salary, as per the qualifications and experience of the candidates and advice them about the market trends about the salary.
Short listing candidates as per the specific standard and reflective of client requests.
Schedule interviews, provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications for vacancies available. Coach candidates on interview skills / Skills testing.
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and keep updated status, on proceedings.
Finalizing arrangements between client and candidates; collecting the documents requested by the client, for the process of hiring (visa, work permits). Co-ordaining with the client and candidates until joining.
Ensure a professional high quality candidate throughout the recruitment process.
