I have been taking care of the Customer relations, Human Resources dept and Training Dept.
I have worked as the Sr. Human Resources Manager with the Maruti Suzuki Dealer in Kannur for 1 year. I have undertaken recruitments and training and has been the Certified train the trainer of Maruti Suzuki. I have been awarded as one of the panel of ISO 9001-2010 Audit !
I was taking care of the Beauty Advisors channel in Hindustan Unilever. I was taking care of recruitement and sales part later on for the WEST region in Mumbai.
I have started as a Management trainee with Leelas and has been my first job. I was promoted as the Assistant Manager Human Resources within a year and has been taking care of recruitment. Later on i have started taking care of Training dept, training the internal employees. Has been a great experience and a vast knowledge been acquired there. Hotel Leela Kempinski has been my foundation which gained confidence in me to explore the various industries later on. Thank you.
I have done my PGDBM from Amrita Institute of Management , Ettimadai, Coimbatore.
• Global Software Engineering ( GSA) - 6 months course from Sprint Computer Centre, Thalassery in June 2001.
