• Performs all duties related to including preparing risk analysis on all jurisdictional lines, compiling reports, and managing data related to projects.
• Preparation of Tenders, Bill of Quantities, Tender Analysis, and T e n d e r Reports
• Formulating Contracts.
• Working in an office and on a construction site.
• Evaluation of Contractors' Interim Valuation.
• Dealing with contracts and mitigating the impact of any issues.
• Evaluation of Variation and Claim.
• Arranging and attending Progress Meetings and recording Minutes.
• Preparation of cost estimate.
• Attending a meeting with the client to understand his requirements and prepare Tender documents accordingly.
• Coordination with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub Consultants to complete the Projects assigned. Above all to be an efficient and active team leader to the QS team.
