Responsible for all the legal company work through team work group  including  lawyers and others, which include  :-

1- Preparation, drafting the contracts and follow-up until full implementation, with appropriate solutions according to each case of breach or non, execution against any infringement of the company rights.

3 - Providing a legal negotiated by wiser and more favorable to the company.

4 - Prepare the -labor regulations- , - legal documentary cycle- of the company.

5 - Prepare, supervision for all lawsuits and action plans.

6 - Search for nascent problems and end it as soon as, management performance, work to repair.

7 - Dealing with all administrative authorities in the country, set up relations serve the interests the company and consolidate.

8 - Provide a technical legal - advice to decision-makers, contribute to decision-making more sense.

9 - Prepare all contracts, legal suitability, review all the decisions of the legal aspects to match with law.
10 - Pursue lawsuits and judgments, work to implement them.

• Provide advice to senior management for strategic planning purposes, participate in the strategic planning process, play an active role in strategic decision making, and maintain current knowledge and understanding of the company’s business strategy.
• Perform and manage all required legal functions including advising, drafting, reviewing and negotiating, as policies and procedures, bylaws and transactional contracts and agreements relating to corporate structuring, deal structuring, securities and regulatory compliance, immigration law, risk management, and the general business operation of the company.
• Tending and contracting, outsourcing, establishment of strategic alliances and collaborations, securing of commercial licenses, securing of insurances, acquisitions of rights of products and technologies and the negotiations of supply, distribution and sourcing agreements, licensing agreements, business development agreements and manufacturing agreements, marketing, advertising and promotion agreements, intellectual property agreements, consulting and services agreements, employment agreements, financing agreements, project management agreements, and engineering procurement and construction agreement.
• Work with appropriate business, financial and other internal and external functions to ensure appropriate due diligence and risk management and ensure that the terms of agreements are in accord with market forces, company policy and applicable law.

Manages and administers the Legal Operations;-
Key duties include;
Preparation and drafting of all contracts check all legal documents dealing daily.
Strategic planning and exercising control over the delivery of legal services in relation to the Bank’s financing operations.
Supervising, assisting in professional development and undertaking performance appraisal of staff.
Conceiving, reviewing and maintaining the legal documentation (financing agreements, templates, forms etc.) pertaining to the financing operations of the Bank.
Dealing with all issues that may have legal implications or repercussions on the financing operations of the Bank and coordinating the work products of each lawyer with that of the other relevant complexes of the Bank.
Providing opinions and briefs to the Director on matters to be addressed at the senior management meetings as well as Board meetings.
Responsibility for quality review of any demand for waivers or amendments (including ensuring that the internal procedures for approval of waivers and amendments are met) and the effective resolution of any issues that arise during implementation of the Bank’s financing operations.
Responsibility for quality legal contribution in the design and/or amendments of the Bank’s financing operations instruments, policies, guidelines and regulations.
Responsibility for proper record management of the legal documentation related to the financing operations of the Bank, and recommending for approval of standard legal documentation, in accordance with the global Finance market and industry practice.
Assess risk across the business areas and product lines.
Deal with day-to-day compliance approvals and queries.
Maintain the archive of Central Bank regulations and related laws
Check and review major policies and procedures to identify any non-compliance with Central Bank regulations.
