Responsibilities:
* Receiving all enquiries for estimation from Head of Sales department.
* Maintaining register for enquiry number, date, client details, quotation submission
date.
* Studying all documents and drawings before estimation and raising the Queries to
consultant/client for the discrepancy in Tender documents.
* Working Quantities (material take off) as per drawing & Items mentioned in BOQ.
* Calculating steel material, painting, fire proofing, curving, hot dip galvanize, Crane &
equipment.
* Sending enquiries to Sub-Contractors for Sub-Contract items (Apply of fire proof
(cementitious/intumescent), Installation of standing seam and roof sheet ) and prepare
comparison statement and negotiating the sub-contractor items and to finalize the
price.
* Sending enquiries and getting current market price from suppliers for structural steel
material, metal decking, roof & wall sheeting, protective system, fire proof, transport,
equipment & miscellaneous Items.
* Prepare the pricing sheet for fabrication & erection.
* Preparation of quotation, priced BOQ and formal letter.
* Getting the approval for quotation, priced BOQ and formal letter from the Head of
Sales department.
* Sales order creation & project creation in SAP.
* Budget preparation, SAP core team member for sales & distribution, project system,
co-ordination with design, planning, production & clients.
* Preparation project costing report on project basis, budget and actual expenses on
project basis.
* Submission of all reports to management for approval.
