Manage and supervised the entire operation of Footwear, travel and Leather Accessories, direct day to day operation of 10, 000 Sqft generating more than 15.5Crs Annual revenue. Train, mentor & lead 65 team members (Including Brand promoter) ensuring continuous delivery of outstanding customer service. Supervised five departments Head along with two Supervisors coaching and engendering accountability for respective dept sales and staff performance. Developed and implement strategic merchandising plan to achieve revenue objective and reduce expenditure while ensuring all parameter are under norms.
Selected Achievement:
Consistently exceeded annual goal in key matrix: such as Sales, Employee retention, Profit and customer service.
Layout changes implemented: Layout changes initiated for more visibility of Men’s department by removing 6 horizontal fixed of 0.63 penal and replace the same with two techno vertically which increase the display capacity of Men’s dept along with dept contribution from 15% to 25% also generated extra business of 8% of the total concept sales.
Introduce Luggage Mall Atrium Promotion: Luggage Mall Atrium promotion initiated with co-participant of VIP vendors. Promotion was successful on the first day itself we generated 1.10lac also generated extra business of 4.8 lac in a week long promotion. Due to the success of Mall atrium promotion it has been streamline and followed across India.
Extra Back store created: As per display capacity floor & Back store was not align where we are not able to accommodate complete sizes set on the floor resulted in loosing sales. We have Converted 230 Sqft of floor area into back store resulted in accommodate 5850 pair of shoes in the back store. Post changes we have maintained complete sizes set on the floor by focusing on FMS

Train, mentor & lead 32 team members (Including Brand promoter) ensuring continuous delivery of outstanding customer service. Supervised four departments Head along with one Supervisor coaching and engendering accountability for respective dept sales and staff performance. Developed and implement strategic merchandising plan to achieve revenue objective and reduce expenditure.

Layout changes implemented: There was Island display of 150 Sqft (for Ladies Handbags) which block the visibility of Ladies and Men’s Department. This Island was knockdown and replaced with floor fixture. Post changes we have more visibility and resulted in 8% increase in total Concept sales.
Introduction of Luggage Category in Rajouri Garden: Initially Luggage section was not plan in Rajouri Garden due to space constrain. There was focal point of 15*10 ft. space on the same floor proposal sent for introduction of luggage with projected sales, later Luggage was introduce and became the highest contributor in the concept.

Layout changes implemented: Initially we have very small area 230Sqft of Luggage section not able to display the entire SKU”s proposal sent to management later Luggage has been shifted to 2nd floor with more area of 450 Sqft. Post changes average sales increase from 0.65k to 1.10lac per day.
