As a section manager, I managed 10 promoters in both categories, CP (Consumer
Products) and MDA (Major Domestic Appliances). i was trained by the training manager from Dubai BSH on Bosch and Siemens CP products, Bosch and Siemens MDA products and Bosch and Siemens Built-In products. AAW are the main suppliers of
Bosch and Siemens appliances. I was in charge of 5 major accounts for the CP category.
These accounts are X-Cite Alghanim, BEST Al Yousifi, Electrozan and The Sultan Center and Eureka. I was in charge of monitoring the sales through our promoters and outlet supervisors and requested a stock report on weekly basis. Any items that are low on stock had to be replenished on time and as quickly as possible to avoid losing sales.
Regarding the MDA category, I am in charge of 3 accounts which include Eureka, BEST Al Yousifi and Electrozan but my key account was Eureka. Eureka has another category which is the Built-In category which has a dedicated customer for that category. There is a dedicated Built-In area in Eureka Salmiya showroom and I have to make sure that all items displayed have sufficient stock availability in our warehouse to avoid customers demanding a certain product and unfortunately doesn't get to buy it because it is unavailable in AAW warehouse, so I constantly monitor the availability of the Built-In models and keep the stocks reserved for Eureka so we don't encounter this problem because it does make us lose a significant amount of sales, since they have their unique customers who are willing to pay a good amount of money to get durability, innovation and high end products. My responsibility is to request the stock report on weekly basis and make sure that Eureka has sufficient stocks to cover the weekly sales; otherwise we will lose a significant amount of sales. I also had to receive the delivery notes once the customers buy their item and process these orders ansd make sure that the warehouse delivers these items on time to get positive feedback from the customers and keep a good relation with them so they can remain loyal to our products.
For both categories, I had to meet up with the section heads and supervisors to get feedback on how our promoters are doing on the floor level and if there are any issues that need to be discussed/solved. Upon receiving the stock report, I have to monitor what models are low on stock and send an instant email to the concerned company to place a replenishment order ASAP to keep on track with the customers' demands.
Regarding both categories, I had to visit the market on regular basis to monitor the visibility of our products and amount of SKUs on display, and if possible, increase the range of products displayed, and if the price tags are correct and clear for the customer to see and make his shopping experience easy.

Was the IT Area Manager for the Samsung account marketing campaign. Was involved in the day to day activities of the IT division campaign and was responsible for presentation of products to meet customer and client satisfaction.

Duties:

* Managed and trained 14 promoters placed across 14 electronic stores, such as X-Cite Alghanim and Eureka.
* Responsible, on daily basis, for the promoters to send me the daily sales of the Samsung IT products which are laptops, printers and monitors, and the figures where entered in a sales report and sent to Samsung headquarters in Dubai the next morning.
* A presentation was sent to the Samsung headquarters in Dubai every Sunday with the up to date market situation with the stocks availability in the outlets and the display of the products, and any market issues that should be reported such as damaged branding.
* A report with the competitor prices and shelf share was sent to Samsung headquarters on weekly basis to keep them up to date on how the competitor brands are doing.
* Was responsible for filling the PDA MCS (Market Communication System) with data regarding Samsung and competitor brands shelf share and stand locations and the number of items on display. Reported any issues, if any, regarding the display or damaged items on display.
* Assisted any guests visiting the market from Dubai, and assisted them during the visit and update them with the market situation regarding sales and figures.
* Trained the promoters with any newly launched models product knowledge and made sure they can market the product in a convincing way.
* Prepared PowerPoint presentations of the new models launched information and key selling points and presented it to the promoters in both languages Arabic and English, after being approved by the account manager.
* Reported any new branding locations or opportunities and was in charge of deploying all POSM (Point of Sale Material) in the 14 outlets.
* Motivated the team to achieve their personal targets.
* Was awarded a certificate of appreciation by Samsung Dubai in July 2013.

Worked in the IT department of Kccec (Kuwait Engineering and Contracting Company) in Sabhan, Kuwait for 3 months (Jun 2010-Aug 2010). I was a trainee supervised by the senior network engineer and was in charge of fixing hardware and software malfunctions and monitoring the network infrastructure.

My role in Global Services was to enter data regarding cars, such as car plate numbers, color, availability, etc. into customized table for analyzing, using Microsoft Excel®. Reports were then created on the analyzed data and sent to the manager for up-to-date references.
