-Arranging the employees files and re-new of the contracts, follows up employees’ attendance and keep it always updated.
- Payroll.
-Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
-Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
-Follow up with the social insurance and work office to handle all required issues.
- Reviewing and analyzing different legal documents such as agreements, licenses, sales and purchases contracts.
- Documenting, Reviewing, analyzing and filing different legal documents (agreements, licenses, contracts), providing Legal assistance and advice to my company.
-Following up on Al Zakah, Rent Contacts, and business registration card expiration date.
- Manage Residence, medical Insurance, applications for vacations, applications for identification, and requests for personnel from passports, residence, visas, booking requests, vacations requests...etc.
- Establish companies and complete all necessary documents.
- Monitor all purchase orders and maintain regular follow up with all suppliers and customers and coordinate with vendors and place requests for all prices
-Monitor all inventory of products and prepare all purchase plans.
