Claims & Contracts Department
• Secured AED 80 Million as net profits after 6 years of persistent follow up on a controversial extension of time dispute case.
• Performed prospective & retrospective delay analysis for responsibility determination including “Windows Analysis” techniques.
• Administered delays and communicated with contract counter parties in accordance with the contract terms & conditions.
• Developed Extension of Time claims including calculation of prolongation, disruption, mitigation and acceleration costs.
• Maintained Schedules mitigating local delays and determined recovery measures and methodologies.

Centro Hotel Project
• Steered the project initiation activities, cost estimation, budgeting, bid preparations and tender negotiations.
• Managed the project engineering, procurement and construction execution against the quality, budget and time baselines.
• Secured timely and continuous upstream cooperation from suppliers and subcontractors towards effective completion.
• Managed project stakeholders, including senior executive management, client and other contractors on board.

Burj Khalifa Project
• Lead the IT team to develop the “Site Monitoring System” to be implemented afterwards across the entire project portfolio.
• Monitored and controlled the project direct and indirect cost and “earned value” against budgets and contract prices.
• Reported progress valuation, billing, claiming, profitability analysis and revenue generation proposition.

Burj Khalifa Project
• Scheduled off site operations including engineering drawings, material selections and approvals, procurement and logistics.
• Scheduled site activities, interface with other contractors, human resources by man-hours as well as material consumption.

Capital Towers
• Developed, managed and maintained the project time baseline to secure successful project completion.

• In charge of the sales operation in the Oil & Gas market sector.
• Structured and designed the database system of tenders, inquiries, offers and purchase orders.
• In charge for registering the company in the bidders list of all petroleum, petrochemical and power generation companies.
• Monitored our sales agencies in Egypt and evaluated there performance as local suppliers with respect to the objectives of the company.
