Position: Operation Specialist ( Olefins Production)
• Successful commissioning of Very-High Pressure Boiler, Steam System and Utilities.
• Steam blowing of all turbine machines and dry-out work of the furnaces.
• Conducted inspections and approvals of various units in preparation of the Pre-Start up review and implemented
Safety Health Management Program.
• Feed, Furnace, Hot section Commissioning and Start up and Procurement of Materials (SAP)
• Advanced Process Control and Integrated SPYRO with existing APC Applications.
• Managed well the Project related activities with Project management team & EPC, carried out the meeting to resolve the issues
• Monitored the progress and follow up for the project activities as per the target set.
• Reviewed the procedure, project related documents, Operating procedures
• Performed Planning for the construction, pre - commissioning and commissioning activities for operational areas
• Performed Active role with Start up team and giving guidelines, moreover delivering day to day instructions to the operation team
• Conducted Pre- start up safety review for the unit start up • Performed well to coordinate with different vendor representatives during the project stage

Current Job Responsibilities: • Direct the facility operation and production according to the production planning.
• Manage / supervise the production personnel
• Manage plant Chemical inventory.
• Develop and implement production tracking, analyzing production and maintenance reports to detect and correct
problems.
• Organize the coordination with maintenance teams.
• Ensure that facility, equipment & systems job plans (maintenance plans) are defined according to corporate typical job
plans.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance policies and procedures.
• To do trouble shoots and solves technical problems aiming at reducing down town.
• To Coordinate with the customers operations teams
• T o Perform security and safety reporting; participate in root cause analysis of events and in development of the corrective and preventive measures.
• Checks adequate operating of control panels and control systems to regulate process parameters
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure safe operation and product quality /reliability.
• Investigate the safety reporting, recommending to take corrective actions in response to unsafe conditions, near miss.
• Report abnormal operation situations.
• Perform periodic routine operations such as switch-over of filters or pumps or equipment start-up and shut-down.
• Ensure proper coordination with customer operating teams, network coordination or other neighboring production
facilities (either personally or via shift leaders/supervisors)
• Ensure first-line plant security and safety. Identify potential hazardous situations and educate supervisors on them.
• Management of Change coordination for the approval and implementation process
• Supervise shift leaders and ensure compliance with safety standards according to SOP
