• Monitoring and controlling all the access areas to the projects which includes Gates, Coasts etc.
• Ensuring the surveillance monitors are observed at all times
• Monitoring of all fire alarms within the facility.
• Answer public inquiries from the bonding/visiting lobbies
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain 24hrs communication with the Site Supervisors
• To ensure that the deployment of the shifts are recorded accurately and the sites are covered in specified time.
• To record all reports in accordance with client procedures and policy.
• To report all incidents to managements in an accurate manner
• To be fully acquainted with all emergency procedures.
• Signing up visitors coming in to see inmates
• Pre-Flight and Post-Flight luggage security operations
• Maintain Job files with all relevant documents for reference purpose.
• Maintaining office co-ordination: maintaining co-ordination and link between the department/person and the rest of the office.
• Update systems with relevant information.
• Creating and maintaining office documents such as passenger manifests, load and trim sheet, Final load data etc.
• Passenger handling.
• Handle DBC (Denied Boarding Card) passengers in case of over booking.
• Prepare for the flights with all sufficient documents (general declaration clearance)
• Allocates personnel and resources to fulfill a job
• Checking reports regularly to see if there are any issues in the lost and found and take sudden action.
• Ensure the safety of all the hotel residents.
• Inspect all the touristic village facilities
