• Research potential vendors/supplier.
• Compare and evaluate quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Work with team members and Operations Director to complete duties as needed.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
• Suggest and establish ERP or similar systems to serve the company interest.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
• Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Full ERP system for purchasing operations including: RFQ’s, PO’s & Bid Summaries.
• Develop & maintain excellent relations with suppliers & contractors/subcontractors in UAE.
• Learning & establish full knowledge in MEP & Civil Procurement operations in UAE.
• Full Supervision & follow up for MEP & Civil Enquiries.
• Complete MEP Packages Preparing, Quantity Take-off, & RFQ’s to UAE Suppliers & Bid Summaries for the same.
• Complete Civil Packages RFQ’s to UAE Suppliers coordinating with the Civil QS’s & Bid Summaries for the same.
• Coordinating with the Estimators to choose the best complying offer for the projects.
• Preparing Check Lists, complying BOQ with the Drawings & Specifications for MEP.
• Learning & establish full knowledge in using Plan Swift Program for Quantity Take-off.
• Preparing & coordinating with the procurement team for the Payment Certificates Advanced & Progress.
• A small & brief introduction to CCS Candy program for Estimation purposes.
• Complete MEP & Civil hyper link registration for using all the time.
• Arranging, preparing and submitting material submittals.
• Reporting to the Estimation & Commercial Managers always
• Full ERP system for purchasing operations including: RFQs, POs & Comparison sheet
• Using MS office Excel for tracking sheet & comparison sheet
• Learning & establish full knowledge in local purchasing operations
• Using system ISCALA in performing the purchasing operations
• Procure equipment, materials & services with approved budget, cost and quality using ISCALA
• All procurement process should conform to management approved procedures and as per ISO standards
• Preparing invoice files and report directly to procurement manager and QC department
• Develop and maintain good relations with suppliers and contractors/subcontractors
• Prepare suppliers evaluation list and obtain required management approval

•Providing full site supervision and coordinating with manpower and site team
•Diagnosis of faults in machinery & fixing solutions
•Maintenance of mechanical parts such as boilers & turbines
