Coordination with other teams such as back office and post-training teams to handle and resolve critical cases
Coordination with the marketing team for online services (electronic marketing)
Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers, provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle emails and tasks from management and deliver them on deadline
